#1. Of all the products in the world that you could have invented, why a dog diaper coat?

Before YoYo's diabetes was brought under control, he was urinating all over the house. It was ridiculous. None of the products we tried worked. Some didn't fit, some were uncomfortable and some overflowed and leaked. All of them made YoYo look goofy.

We didn't try to invent a new dog diaper. What we wanted to do was effectively utilize existing disposable baby diapers. A lot of technology goes into the design of disposable baby diapers. They hold a lot of liquid without leaking. What we've done, is design a way in which all dogs can reliably use a baby diaper, and feel and look good at the same time.

#2. There are other cheaper dog diaper products on the market. What makes YoYo's Dog Diaper Coat better?

Many of our customers have previously purchased cheaper, competing products before turning to us. Unlike products that actually look like your dog is wearing a diaper, our dog diaper coat not only looks better, but since it is custom made it is also more comfortable for your dog and won't come off. It is an elegant solution to your dog's urination problem.

#3. Could you explain exactly why your product is more comfortable?

Yes. Since many dogs with incontinence problems are older dogs, they may be bigger around. The Dog Diaper Coats are made using your dog's chest and length measurements. The neck and leg cut outs are ergonomically designed not to chafe or pinch. YoYo's coat has been continually improved and refined based on customer feedback.

#4. What has customer reaction been to YoYo's Diaper Coat?

Just about everyone has been delighted with the coats and agrees that it solves their dog's urination problem.  Many customers have re-ordered coats, including one customer who ordered three each for her four dogs.

We are happy that many customers have worked with us in providing feedback.  As a result, we introduced the summer weight coat and a different style coat for dogs with non-standard proportions such as Dachshunds, Bulldogs and other big chested, broad shouldered dogs.

#5. My dog has diabetes and other health challenges. Is your dog diaper suitable for him?

YoYo's Dog Diaper Coat was developed initially for our dog, YoYo, when he was 12. YoYo had diabetes, Cushings Disease, suffered from separation anxiety, and was also blind. Some would have considered YoYo a basket case and put him down, but we never gave up on him. He loved his coat and wore it all the time. In fact, he had three of them.

#6. My dog spends all day indoors and some evenings he goes before I can get home. Is your product suitable for healthy dogs that otherwise can't hold it?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are busy people with activities and schedules that don't always permit them to be home by a specific time. On those days when you may return home late, YoYo's Dog Diaper Coat is ideal.

#7. Will this product work for female dogs when they have discharges?

Yes.

#8. Can the coat be worn all the time?

Yes. YoYo wears his Dog Diaper Coat all the time when he is inside the house.

#9. Does your product also absorb fecal matter?

It is designed for urination only, but would also work for dogs in heat, incontinence and even puppy training. There is a hole in the back through which your dog can eliminate if there is a number two accident in the house. Generally, these types of accidents are easier to clean up than urination.
